Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem of alcohol dependence treatment. It was observed 220 patients suffered from alcohol dependence. Based on a comprehensive study of clinical and pathogenesis, psychopathologic and electrophysiological aspects it was revealed dominant role of paroxysmal, mood and wiling disorders. Pathogenetic study of changes of functioning of brain at alcohol dependent patient by identifying changes in bioelectric activity of brain and psychopathologic symptoms was conducted before and after the therapy. 132 patients have passed the main group of conditioned reflex therapy, of which only 41 by dithylin and 91 patients in the future, after summing up earlierst results, have proposed a comprehensive pathogenetically substantiated method of complex conditioned reflex therapy of dithylin with topilepsin. In order to compare the effectiveness of the proposed method, 88 patients of control group have passed antialcohol therapy by teturam. By using anxiety effect of dithylin it was produced aversive reaction to receiving alcohol. Additional application of topilepsin reduces the degree of severity of paroxysmal, mood and wiling disorders. An objectivisation of evaluation of applied therapy was made through computer electroencephalography. Also it was revealed the relationship of level of anxiety to the activation koefficient. A complex method of pathogenesis conditioned reflex treatment of alcohol dependence by dithylin with topilepsin was created. Catamnestic observation proved antirelapsed high efficiency of the method.
