Miha V. Forming and use of rural areas labour potential

Object: processes of forming and use of labor potential of rural territories. Purpose: deepening of theoretical and methodical bases of research of features of development of labor potential of rural territories and development of suggestions on the improvement of management these processes. Methods: analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical analysis, classification, economic-mathematical design. Results: classification of types of asymmetricness of rural labor-market is first offered and the methodical going is grounded near its estimation, the methodological going is improved near determination of essence signs of environment of labor activity of rural territories. Use: in activity of Main Administration of Agroindustrial Development of Lviv Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Lviv National Agrarian University.
