Starodubtseva I. Formation of adolescents' social experience in conditions of children's health-improving centres.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of adolescents' social experience in conditions of children's health-improving centres. The theoretical analysis of the problem in pedagogical theory and upbringing practice is presented. It is theoretically grounded and experimentally proved that the effectiveness of the process of formation of adolescents' social experience in conditions of children's health-improving centres is favoured by the creating and following of special pedagogical conditions: realization of the program of pedagogical staff activity in health-improving centres to form adolescents' social experience (based on the usage of scientifically grounded methodological recommendations), implication of the adolescents into specially organized socially-oriented activities (offered free choice of different kinds of activities and communication circles), special preparation of pedagogical staff in health-improving centres for upbringing process directed to the forming of adolescents' social experience.
