Essay

The work features experimental substantiation of practicability of altan and thiotriazolinum application for prevention and reducing of skin injuries caused by ionizing and ultraviolet radiation. According to research data the efficacy of altan and thiotriazolinum ointment at skin reactions induced by ionizing and ultraviolet radiation, was established. The efficacy of altan and thiotriazolinum ointment was confirmed by clinic criteria as well as restoration of biochemistry and physical-chemical characteristics of the injury, immunomorphological data. On the base of studied criteria (local manifestation, condition of cell membranes, immunomorphological data) it was established that therapeutic-preventive administration of altan and thiotriazolinum ointment at exposure of the skin to ionizing and ultraviolet radiation appeared to be more effective than methyluracil ointment and seabuckthorn oil.
