Katashova O. Education of the Spiritual Values of the Senior Pupils in the Environment of the Diversified Lyceum

The thesis is devoted to the issues of scientific substantiation and approbation of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils in the environment of the diversified lyceums. The fundamental results of the thesis are the determination of the pedagogical conditions of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils, the development of the model of the spiritual values of the senior pupils, approbation of the personality-oriented technology of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils, the determination of the criterion of spirituality of an individual. The developed technology of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils in the environment of the diversified lyceums contains the following components: the pedagogical conditions of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils, the spiritual environment of the diversified lyceum, the individual (author's) syllabus, the self-government institution of the lyceum, and the system of educational work of the diversified lyceums. The criteria and the levels of education of the spiritual values were worked out as well as an integrated index to determine the spiritual status of a senior pupil's personality. The research was done which proved the technology of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils in the environment of the diversified lyceums was effective and needs being adopted. The methodological text-book was created to support the process of education of the spiritual values of the senior pupils.
