Breslavets N. Formation of Vital Project Competence of the Youth People at the Higher School Educational Process

The thesis is devoted to the formation of vital project competence of the young people at the higher school educational process. Theoretical and practical aspects of the competence of the young people at the higher school educational process are considered on the basis of research. The meanings of the concepts "competence", "vital project competence" are explained. There created the formation model of the vital project competence; its structures are worked out; the principles of active creative interaction of the subjects of the educational process are grounded. There made the theoretical analysis and generalization of diagnostic investigations of the formation of professional and personal qualities of the specialist to be. These qualities gave the possibilities to expose and ground the complex of pedagogical conditions (methodical, organization, psychological, personal), required for realization of formation of vital project competence.
