Influence of paratypical factors (microclimate, feeding, seasons and age) on stallion of Ukrainian saddle-horse breed resistance, their growth, development, exterior indices and reproductive characteristics have been studied in the thesis. Conceptional basis of estimation resistance investment project methods, priority of choice for investment about its increase have been carried out and offered. The model of negative complex factors interaction caused animal organism destabilization and has been grounded. These are no standards in cold season temperatures, dampness and floors provided for stud farms in premises built from ferroconesete without attic covering have been shown. The most accrued diseases in stallions: bronchitis, bronchitis and pneumonia, pododermatitis, phlegmon periople, laminitis. Seasonal, age and immune indices protein and morphological blood composition of stallion influence have been defined.
