Trigubchak О. Development of composition and technologie of pills which contain acid асеtylsalicylic in combination with thiotriazoline

Objects - substances of acetylsalicylic acid and tiotriazolin, auxiliary substances, tabletting mass, tablets, laboratory animals; purpose - to develop optimum composition and technology of tablets containing 0,5 of acetylsalicylic acid by direct pressing method, intestinal-soluble tablets containing 0,1 of acetylsalicylic acid by direct pressing method, combined preparation in the form of tablets on the basis of acid acetylsalicylic with tiotrizolin; methods - methods of determination of physical and chemical and farmako-technological properties of medicinal substances and tabletting masses; technological methods of tablets preparing; methods of research of quality indexe of tablets according to the requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine; methods of identification and quantitative analysis of acetylsalicylic acid and tiotriazolin in tablets; methods of stability study of tablets, which contain acetylsalicylic acid and tiotriazolin; methods of biopharmaceutical researches; mathematical-statistical methods of research of experiment results (plans of dispersive and regressive analysis, statistical methods of research of experiment). For the first time expedience of creation of the combined preparation on the basis of combination of acetylsalicylic acid and tiotriazolin is scientifically grounded. The tablets of acetylsalicylic acid in combination with tiotriazolin, covered intestinal-soluble shell are developed. For the first time intestinal-soluble tablets containing 0,1 acetylsalicylic acid by direct pressing method at introduction of acetosukcynat hydroxipropilmetylcelulose in tabletting mass is created by mathematical research of experimental results. By the methods of the mathematical planning of experiment new composition and technology of tablets containing 0,5 acetylsalicylic acid, using the method of the direct pressing are scientifically grounded and developed. With the help of the plans of dispersive and regressive analysis correlation between physical, technological characteristics of active, auxiliary substances and properties of otaining tablet is set. As a result of researches patent on an invention № 85800 "Method of tabletting acetylsalicylic acid" and patent on an useful model № 30755 "Method of tabletting acetylsalicylic acid" are obtained. A request on the receipt of patent on the invention of Ukraine "Combined antyagregative and antyoxidant preparation" and request on the receipt of patent on the invention of Russian Federation "Combined antyagregative and antyoxidant preparation" are given, formal examination of lats request is completed only. Technology and methods of analysis of tablets are approved in indastrial conditions at "Galichfarm" of corporation "Arterium"; area - pharmacy.
