Kapchenko L. Modelling organizing and pedagogical activity in the framework of management of vocational educational establishment.

The dissertation on acquiring scientific degree of a candidate of pedagogical sciences on speciality 13.00.06 - he theory and method of management education- University of Edukation Management APS Ukraine, Kyiv, 2010. The thesis studies the state of theoretical reasoning of modelling organizing and pedagogical activity in the framework of management of vocational educational establishment. The dissertant presented modelling and its components giving scientific reasoning of it, including planning of work in the framework of management of vocational educational training. The principles of planning the work of such educational establishment have been studied and substantiated in modern realities. A complex model of planning of organizing pedagogical activity of vocational training has been worked out, theoretically substantiated and experimentally approbated. Methodological recommendations on planning the work have been elaborated and introduced into the practical activity of managers of vocational educational establishments.
