Essay

The thesis is aimed at clinical and experimental substantiation of reaso¬na¬bility of thyotriazoline application in multimodality therapy of chemical oeso¬pha¬geal injuries or burns (COB) and in post-burns cicatricial structures’ prevention. Antioxidant system is observed against the background of thyotriazoline application in multimodality therapy at COB patients. Thyotriazoline application in multimodality therapy at COB patients results in elimination of general corrosion injury’s symptoms such as dysphagia, odynophagia, pain syndrome and the renewal of complete blood count’s indicators, that was established by means of clinical research. Thyotriazoline application in multimodality therapy of chemical oesophageal corrosion injury at majority cases promoted essential microcirculation increase in affected areas that was proved by means of laser doppler ultrasonic flowmeter. Pharmacotherapeutic thyotriazoline effect results in the early relief of oeso¬phagitis symptoms proved by endoscopic research, in the avoidance of a number of complications and in the early convalescence at COB patients.
