The dissertation is dedicated to analysis of the specific of forming of organizational commitment at the personnel of bank structures. The work contains the theoretical grounds, methods and results of empirical research according this problem. The content, structure and functions of organizational commitment at the bank's personnel are exposed in this research. It was analysed in details the basic components of organizational commitment at the personnel of bank structures (affective component of organizational commitment, normative component of organizational commitment, continuance component of organizational commitment).
