Novitska I. Organizational support increased economic welfare

Object of research: functioning of economic welfare of the population. The purpose of research: a raising of a standard of welfare of the population by attraction of the members of a society of economic welfare. Methods of research: dialectic, sociological research, logic analysis, comparisons, tabulared and graphic, complex and system approach. Theoretical and practical results: is profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules concerning activization of economic welfare of the population are advanced by its attraction in credit cooperation. The theoretical conclusions of work are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations used in practical activity, are developed and the concrete measures on increase of welfare of the population are introduced by attraction of the members of a society into credit unions and co-ordinations of activity of unions in a direction of the decision of social problems of a society. Have found practical application in activity of Donetsk regional advice of professional unions, Andreevskij of village advice Volnovahckij of area of Donetsk area, National association of credit unions of Ukraine, Donetsk regional association of credit unions, credit union "Pulse plus", Donetsk university of economy and right. Scientific novelty: the methodical rules by definition of the additional income of the member of credit union for active usage by the credits are developed. The system status of parameters of activity of credit unions is developed. The methods of definition of the tendencies of self-organizing of the population concerning reception of the incomes are advanced. The approach to the characteristic of credit unions and revealing of reserves of functioning of economic welfare of the population is advanced. The points of coordination of interaction of credit unions are determined at support of the centre of employment, higher educational institutions, trade unions, bodies of local authority. The essence of welfare economics of the population is determined and the contents of allocation of credit unions as organizational form of attraction of the population in of economic welfare is opened. The laws of revealing of the preconditions of development of credit unions are established. Sphere of use is the activity of the Ministry of economy of Ukraine, Ministry of education and science of Ukraine; commissions of Advice of the businessmen on social questions and social partnership; the regional centres of employment and professional unions; All-Union Ukrainian of association village and settlemention of advice; associations of credit unions; research establishments on a structure of scientific work, higher educational institutions.
