Babkov M. Forming the aesthetic culture of students of legal higher educational eastahlishments.

The presented dissertation is devoted to the solution of the important problem of forming of aesthetic culture of students of legal higher educational establishments. In research it is proved, that the aesthetic culture of a lawyer is the major component of his professional culture, and also a necessary condition of his professional socialization. The basic structural components of a level of development of aesthetic culture of lawyer-students is knowledge in sphere of art, estimated aesthetic ideas, introduction to the perception of art, aesthetic aspects in all spheres of life. The big attention in research is given to formation of aesthetically educational space at legal educational establishments as to the natural or artificial environment filled by the aesthetic contents where the person is in process of training and education. As it is proved, that the aesthetic culture is the major component of professional culture of a lawyer-jurist, the ways, means, forms of aesthetic influence on a private world of students in educational and out-of-class work are presented in the dissertation. In dissertational research the pedagogical model of professionally directed personally oriented aesthetic education of students of legal higher educational establishments is developed and tested as the major factor of formation at them aesthetic culture. The results of experimental work have confirmed its efficiency.
