Dissertation is devoted the experimental ground of expedience of application of preparations with an antioxidant action:synthetic – tiotryazolinu and meksydolu and natural - ?-tocopherol, ascorbic acid and quercetin separately and in a complex with the purpose of pharmacological correction of biochemical, functional and morphological changes at chronic intoxication by pesticide of 2,4-DА. The analysis of experimental data testifies for the expressed enough efficiency of synthetic antioxidants - tiotryazolinu and meksydolu on a background chronic intoxication of 2,4-DА; the less expressed effect is observed at application of separate preparations of complex of antioxidants, the most expressed treat-prophylactic properties are owned by the complex of natural antioxidants.
