Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the working out of the method of the improvement of the automobile service enterprise (ASE) activity by the best adaptation to market conditions and optimization of production processes, and introduction and exploitation of self-improvement processes by using the complex modeling. The complex model developed in the dissertation includes mathematical model of the ASE production system (PS), which allows to determine the optimal enterprise capacity for the specific market conditions and the optimal correlation of sale service cost and spare parts, under which the profit is maximum; IDEF 0 process model of the ASE PS, that allows to optimize the network of production processes, to determine scope of liability, to provide the transparency of the processes management; imitation models of the ASE PS developed and implemented in MathCAD system, which consistently imitate the work of five standard structure units of the ASE such as the order department, the car wash department, the execution departments (current repair, technical service, diagnostics and others), the quality control and work completeness department, the automobile transfer department with any number of employees or posts in each section. The account card structure of the ASE activity balanced indicators in the form of a three-dimensional matrix was worked out to implement the process approach in the ASE management. The example of the account card for the top-level enterprise management was given. The influence of the ASE PS parameters on the efficiency of its work was researched. The optimization method allows to reduce the average time of orders executions, increase profit and profitability of the ASE.
