Pavlachyk L. Organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure employment in Ukraine

An object is modern transformation changes in the process of providing of employment of population; a purpose is development of bases of forming of effective organizationally-economic mechanism (ОЕМ) of providing of employment of population; methods - approach of the systems, analysis and synthesis, index, graphic, scenario design; novelty –bases of forming of ОЕМ of providing of employment of population of direction are first worked out; results – the complex estimation of institutional, motivational, and organizational bases of providing of employment of population is carried out; it is inculcated in economic practice.
