Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to research of problem of pedagogical innovations by the analysis of domestic pedagogical legacy of 20th XX centuries. The process of cultural construction 20 years of the twentieth century was an extremely powerful, and on its merits in history called the Cultural Revolution or the whole stage of national revival. As well as modern period, the period of 20th a XX item is characterized by the searches of new methods in area of maintenance of education, by the search and development of new facilities of pedagogical activity, update of forms of mutual relations between a teacher and students, forming of creative teacher, called to work in the system of education. In the conditions of Ukraine after revolution a clear tendency showed up to creation and pedagogical innovation opening out of scale socially-pedagogical experiment. The choice of theme is caused by large interest of scientists and teachers to the problem of pedagogical innovations and creation of teacher in history of Ukrainian school, especially in the period of the twentieth of the last century. The thesis dealt with the problems of pedagogical innovations of 20 years of XX century, characterized by a search for new methods in the classroom, exploring and developing means of educational activities, updates, forms of interaction between teacher and students, the formation of a creative teacher, with a vocation to the teaching profession. Distinguished leading theoretical ideas and opinions of teachers of the period investigated the organization of the education system, built on the principles of humanism, the national idea, a broad experimentation and realization of the concept of foreign pedagogical experience, innovative forms of work aimed at eliminating illiteracy and Ukrainisation education.
