Essay

The essence of sociocultural upbringing of the prospective teacher of the Humanities is characterized as well as its structure, forms and methods. The model of sociocultural upbringing of the prospective teachers in the process of learning the Humanities is experimentally proved and tested. Conditions and factors of its realization are described, and the categorical and conceptual apparatus is specified. The state of sociocultural breeding is defined. The criteria, indicators, levels and characteristic features of sociocultural breeding of the prospective teachers of pedagogical specialties (Foreign languages, Ukrainian language and literature, History) are singled out.
