Shabdinov M. Formation of professional self-determination of senior pupils during technological preparation.

In the dissertation new decisions of a problem of formation of professional self-determination of senior pupils are theoretically generalized and offered during technological preparation. It is determined, that the result of this process unwrapped in time is readiness of the senior pupil for professional self-determination which is considered in research as formation of the person. In the dissertation the structure of researched personal formation, components (cognitive-reflective, emotional-valuable and practically-productive), parameters, criteria and levels of its development at the senior school age is developed and submitted. Results of a forming stage of dissertational research have confirmed regulations about that efficiency of formation of professional self-determination of senior pupils raises under condition of the organization stage-by-stage cognitive-search (performance by schoolboys of research problems), design-target (mastering by the maintenance of a rate of orientation "Professional self-determination in sphere of working and nonproduction trades") and practically-productive activity. Specificity of these stages makes active internal preconditions for definition by each schoolboy of the future social-professional status and development of professionally important qualities necessary for an elected trade.
