Essay

The object is post-diploma education of teachers. The subject is development of post-diploma education of teachers. The objective is to research the historical-pedagogical standards regarding post-diploma education of teachers, specifically looking at regulations, organization, documents and necessary supplies of this process in Ukraine (1920-s-1930-s). The scientific novelty is in the socio-pedagogical management definition of the domestic system of post-diploma education of teachers and in the main normative documents analyzes that regulate this process. Post-diploma education of the pedagogical staff is disclosed, different forms of accomplishing post-diploma education were considered, as well tasks assigned to each forms and means of their organization and implementation into practice. Methods-scientific, searching-bibliographic and problem having a special purpose for the analysis, historical-pedagogical, historical-retrospective, comparatively comparable method.
