Essay

The dissertation contains results of researching factors which have an influence upon opinion of the potential investor in the course of acceptance of investment decisions. The aim of the scientific work is development of conceptual attitudes and construction of economic-mathematical models for estimation the investment attractiveness of the companies considering their regional and branch belong, as well as features of the commodity market where they sell production. The processes of analyzing and estimation the investment attractiveness of the companies, which influence upon the decision of potential investor, are the object of researching. It is used different methods of researching, namely complex approaches, method of the analysis of hierarchy, theories of fuzzy logic tools and neurosets and etc. The main results which compose scientific novelty consist in developing conceptual conditions and tools of estimation the investment attractiveness of the companies with using of method of the analysis of hierarchy, theories of fuzzy logic tools and neurosets (Kohonen's maps) and etc., rely on financial data, branch and regional macro indexes, competition level, demand and prices dynamic. Practical value of dissertation results are approved by available of implantation evidences into same Ukrainian companies: Credit-Rating Ltd (Kiyv), L&G Metering Ltd (Kiyv), Innoware Ltd (Kiyv). So same separate aspects of researching by this companies for increasing effectiveness of investment strategy and tactics, improvement legacy approaches to analyzing solventcy of companies and development of new IT products.
