Pasyeka A. Labour productivity in Ukraine: situation and organization-economical mechanism of the growth

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and the applied principles of research of the labour productivity on macroeconomic and middle levels and substantiation of practical recommendations to improvement of organization-economical mechanism of the labour productivity growth.The author's approach of understanding the essence and social value of the labour productivity through research of genesis the concept "labor productivity" and its functions is formed. Classification of institutional factors of dynamics of the labour productivity is improved. The author's methodological chart of indexes of the labour productivity depending on the purpose of analysis is developed. The modern consisting and dynamics of the labour productivity is analyzed of Ukraine on macroeconomic and middle levels, found out the influence of institutional factors on the dynamics of the labour productivity through the correlative-regression model; influence of positive and negative consequences of globalization is systematized on the dynamics of the labour productivity.
