Chereshnyuk I. Treatment-and-prophylactic effectivity of vinboron at experimental ischemia of a retina and optic nerve

Dissertation is dedicated to increasing effectivity treatments and preventive maintenances ischemic damages of the retina and optic nerve by use vinboron – a preparation of with polytrop pharmacological characteristic. In experiment on rabbits is installed that vinboron not influence upon normal intraocular pressure, however promotes the reduction of intraocular pressures during experimental ophthalmic hypertension. In experiment on narcotical dogs vinboron, in contrast to euphylline, perfects the hemodynamic of the eye in conditions of its experimental ischemia: increase the blood flow velocities aside their normalizations, falls the peripheric resistance shelters, increases perfusion and improves microcyrculation without sign of the reduction "steal effect". Vinboron weakens the development of perivascular and intercelluar of the edema, reduces the pathogenic influence of ischemia on celluar structures of the retina and optic nerve. In experiment on narcotical rats is proved that treatment by vinboron under experimental total ischemia – reperfusion eye provides protection from influence of ischemia and reperfusion all under investigation structures of the retina. Preventive using of vinboron of experimental one-hour total ischemia eye reveals antiapoptotic itself and antinecrotic action.
