The object - socialisation of children of preschool age. The aim - developing and probating the pedagogical terms of forming of social competence as a result of socialisation of children of preschool age in the context of influence of MASS-MEDIA. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - at the first time were detected and grounded pedagogical terms of forming of social competence as a result of socialisation of children of preschool age in the context of influence of MASS-MEDIA, the experimental model of their realisation is developed; essence and structure of social competence of under-fives and maintenance of concepts "Mediasocialization of child of preschool age", and "medias-developing environment of preschool educational establishment" is exposed; the basic groups of factors, influencing on socialisation of children of preschool age in the context of influence of MASS-MEDIA are certain; the features of influence of mass medias are exposed on forming the social competence of under-fives, criteria, indexes and levels of formed of social competence of children of preschool age in the context of influence of MASS-MEDIA; further development was got by a theory and method of socialisation of children of preschool age. Results - the experimental method of forming of social competence of children is developed in the context of influence of MASS-MEDIA. Efficacy of introduction - high. Branch - pedagogical, pre-school educational establishments, high pedagogical educational establishments.
