Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the substantiation of treatment-and-prophylaxis appropriateness of germaniumorganic compounds' application (MIGU-6) in condi-tions of crush-syndrome. In the series of pharmacometric researches for determination of optimum dose regimen it was established that maximal detoxicative effect MIGU-6 shows in dose 140,9 mg/kg before decompression and in dose 160,2 mg/kg in postcompression period. Pharmacotherapeutic activity of MIGU-6 realizes in "discontinuation" of free-radical reactions, correction of "energy synthesis-energy consumption" processes im-balance, prevention of oxidation and phosphorylation uncoupling and disturbances in detoxicative system functioning. These effects determined by membrane stabilizing properties, which are based on antioxidative activity with an antiradical action.
