The results of pharmacological screening of 50 new N-R- phenylanthranilic acid derivatives were presented in this work. It has been determined It was proved, that 10 new N-R-phenylanthranilic acid derivatives have antiinflammatory, antialterative, reparative, anti-oxydant, analgetical, antipyretic, diuretic and bacteriostatic properties and low toxicity.It is established that 10 derivative N-R-phenylanthranilic acid show the expressed anti-inflammatory properties on models of acute exudative inflammation caused by different pathogenous rritants.Manifestations of antiproliferative, antialterative, analgetical, antipyretic, anti-oxidant, diuretic and bacteriostatic actions are proved at the researched derivatives. Specific activity of 5-brom-N-(2'-carboxy-5'-chlorphenyl) anthranilic acid was studied at adjuvant-induced arthritis model in rats and at edema of lungs model.Studying the acute toxicity parameters of N-R- phenylanthranilic acid derivatives it was proved that they have low toxicity.
