The thesis is devoted to experimental study of the pharmacokinetic profile of coordi-nation compounds of germanium with oxyethylidendiphosphonic acid and piracetam (VITIN-1) as a potential cerebroprotector in conditions of acute ischemia stroke. It was set, that VITIN-1 in intraperitoneal route of administration belong to IV class of toxicity. It is shown that the highest antiischemic activity VITIN-1 manifested in a dose 114,9 mg / kg in intraperitoneal introduction in 20,43 minutes after ligation of both carotid arteries. Established that the conditions of a pathology potential cerebroprotector reaches fast systemic circulation and fully accumulated in all biosubstrates. During I phase of bio-transformation VITIN-1 in norm same as in case of cerebrovascular pathology dissociates for components that do not undergo II phase of biotransformation. Analysis of the excretion processes allowed to establish that VITIN-1 mainly excreted in the urine.
