Derkachevska V. Experimental estimation of detoxicative activity of corvitin in fecal peritonitis

The dissertation is devoted to experimental substantiation of treatment-and-prophylaxis appropriateness of corvitinum in conditions of fecal peritonitis.It is experimentally proved that this bioflavonoid drug realizes its pharmacotherapeutic effectivity by adjusting of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis in an organism, preventing, thus, development of widespread membranopathy. Moreover, corvitin is able to normalize content of basic components of the adenyl nucleotide system and level of energy exchange markers, correct activity of main enzymes of energy homeostasis and concentration of basis components of carbohydrate metabolism. Detoxicative and hepatoprotector activity of corvitin will be realized due to normalization of the functional state of the liver in fecal peritonitis.Also was ascertained that during biotransportation stage corvitin is able to promote detoxicative processes of circulating in blood endotoxins in fecal peritonitis.
