Object - megaureter at children under three years age; aim - to improve the treatment results in children of early age with megaureter by development of new criteria of diagnostics and differentiated choice of medical tactic; methods - are clinical, clinical-laboratory, immunohistochemical, instrumental, morphological, statistical methods; newelty - At first dependence of indexes of renal haemodynamics and vesicoureteral miction at dopplerography and immunohistochemical disorders is set from functional or organic character of megaureter. At first the disbalance of interleukin's and tissue factors of growth is learned and appraised their role in immunopathogenesis and immunopathology of this disease. It is exposed, that for patients with megaureter is characteristic the increase levels of the TGF 1? and sICAM-1 and descends of the EGF. The indexes of dynamics of cytokines in urine are the objective criteria of diagnostics of functional or organic reasons of development of megaureter and have prognosis meaningfulness. It is set, that the study of dynamics of the TGF 1?, EGF and sICAM-1 levels, ultrasound, estimation of the vesicoureteral miction and indexes of renal haemodynamics is a main method in differential diagnostics of functional disorders of vesicoureteral segment; results - On the basis of findings for the practical health protection was offered optimum diagnostic algorithms and adequate methods of complex surgical treatment. Diagnostics criteria of character by megaureter at the children of early age was offered, what allowed to get good and satisfactory results at patients with functional megaureter in 91,4%, with organic megaureter - in 93,7% of cases; it has been itroduced into medical practice and studying process; sphere - medicine.
