Kutayni A. Research of technology and structurally mechanical properties of pills with pellicle polymeric coverages.

The scientifically grounded experimental pharmaceutical development is executed on the update of empiric technology of reviewer preparations "Riboksin-Darnicya", 0,2 grammes and "Darsil-Darnica", 0,035 grammes, pills with shells for leading to of their quality in accordance with the modern requirements of DFU, Additions №1, №2 and parameters of world level of technological processes of production. In technology of preparations which are studied, improved adgesive ability of tablet-masses and tapes by addition of effective relating matters, that allowed comparatively to get PAT with the best physics-mechanical indexes of quality of durability, disintegration in obedience to modern requirements, to remove difficulty and shortage of tablets (died, cracks, stratification but other) and improve the process of causing of pellicle shells. By a structural mechanical analysis and system of programed technology optimum operating descriptions of processes of preparation of the masses of pills and tabletting are set on a modern equipment: factious composition, fluidity, speed and pressure of pressing, force of extrusion and other. Results of scientificalle experimental pharmaceutical developments on determination of biotequivalence of in vitro, stability and necessary packing of compatible preparations "Riboksin-Darnicya", 0,2 grammes and "Darsil-Darnicya", 0,035 grammes are designed in NTD for re-registering and applying in serial industry.
