Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the automation of administrative activity in the general educational system of the district. The study found organizational and pedagogical conditions of automation of management activities, developed regulatory guidelines for their implementation. The results showed that an automated monitoring procedure contributes to the quality of education in creating institutional and educational conditions. Concrete achievements of this research was to create a layered computer adapting complex monitoring of learning achievements of students and distance course for training managerial staff "Monitoring the quality of education as a mechanism for implementing adaptive management".
