Prudyus L. Quality management of professional training for public servants in Ukraine: theoretical-organizational aspect

In the dissertation are researched positions and obtained new results which solve current scientific task that is theoretical - organizational aspects of model quality management of professional training of civil servants. Forming a model of quality management of professional training of civil servants should be governed by state staffing policy and public policy in the management of quality products (goods and services), based on the principles of ISO 9000, the principles of process and system approach and suppose the introduction clear mechanisms and procedures of quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and improvement of political, national and regional levels of government.
