Object of research: management processes by the investment processes of region. Purpose of research: development of conception of design of co-ordination of investment processes of region, providing balanced of profits and charges of budgets of local level and the state budget of Ukraine due to the increase of economic efficiency of regional investment projects. Methods of research: methods of structural design and analysis of the systems, economical and mathematical modeling, methods of project management, methods of financial management, facilities of infological design. Results: conception of design of co-ordination of investment processes is worked out at regional level; the improved organizational case frame is offered by investments at regional level; the improved model of financial mechanism of investment activity is offered in a region; the simulation model of co-ordination of investment activity is worked out in a region; the improved structure of the system of support of making decision is offered for co-ordination of investment processes of region. Novelty: it is first worked out : conception of design of co-ordination of investment processes of region; a simulation model of co-ordination of investment activity is in a region; improved: organizational case frame by investments at regional level; a model of financial mechanism of investment activity is in a region; got further development: structure of the system of support of acceptance of regional investment decisions in relation to co-ordination of investment processes of region.
