Object of research: management processes by logistic streams in the system of production and shipping of products of metallurgical enterprise. Purpose of research: development of complex of economical and mathematical case frames by logistic streams in the system of production and shipping of products for the increase of economic efficiency of productive activity and decline of level of logistic expenses of metallurgical enterprise. Methods of research: methods of analysis of the systems, theory of organization, modern conceptions of management by a production and logistic, methods of general theory of the systems, mathematical statistics, theory of casual processes, theory of mass service, theory of the hierarchical systems, theory of system dynamics, theory of neuron networks, methods of reinginiring and planning of the informative systems. Results: conception of design of control system by logistic streams in the system of production and shipping of products of metallurgical combine; case frame by the orders of industrial enterprise-supplier on the basis of prognosis values of the expected demand on metal products; dynamic model of loading of production on the basis of dynamic brief-case of orders; model of transporting of the prepared products to the consumer; system of support of making decision, providing to the enterprise the increase of profits and increase of level of competitiveness due to diminishing of expenses on logistic operations. Novelty: conception of design of control system by logistic streams in the system of production and shipping of products of metallurgical enterprise; case frame by the brief-case of orders of industrial enterprise; dynamic model of loading of production on the basis of dynamic brief-case of production on the basis of dynamic brief-case of orders.
