The dissertation is devoted to the problem of pedagogical conditions oe realization of teenager's person's up-bringing in the working system of class manager. On the basis of author's criteria, psychological and pedagogical analyses of up-to-date class manager status have been done and characteristics of it's functions, structure and typology have been provided; the role and importance of family communication and pecularities of vorking with teenagers parents yave been studied.
