In dissertation the theoretical generalization and new decision of problem of the morally-spiritual becoming of junior teenagers in paternal-teaching co-operation is presented, the pedagogical terms of increase the efficiency of the morally-spiritual becoming of junior teenagers in the process of co-operation of parents and teachers are developed; the structurally-logical model of the morally-spiritual becoming of teenagers is developed and approved (purpose, components of co-operation, function of co-operation, task co-operation, pedagogical terms, practical realization, result). Determination of essence of the morally-spiritual becoming of teenagers and paternal-teaching co-operation is given; the expedience of basing of this co-operation on the leading ideas of the personality oriented approach and humanism pedagogics is proved.
