Essay

According to the conducted complex clinical, instrumental and biochemical analysis in patients with bronchial asthma were founded damages of myocardium, which manifested by arrhythmogenic, ischemic and biochemical violations and displays of syndrome of endogenous intoxication. It is proved that combined treatment with the use on a background of basic therapy of cardonat or mildronate improves the level of testability of bronchial asthma, diminishes the displays of damage of myocardium (by the results of holter monitoring of EKG and by the levels of markers of cardiotoxicity), reduces endogenous intoxication considering the pnenotype of N-acetyltransferase 2.
