Krasnomovets V. Enhancement people with disabilities in the context of the human development concept

Theoretical, methodological and applied problems persons with disabilities enhancement in the framework of the human development concept are investigated in the thesis. A research object are processes of enhancement human development of persons with disability as an important condition of increase of efficiency of the use of human potential of population of country. Research methods: classification analytical method; method system structural to the analysis; methods of statistical analysis; ekonomikal mathematical methods. The priority measures and main directions of organizational-economic mechanism implementation of the people with disabilities enhancement using remote and inclusive education, remote employment, state privileges monetization, implementation of innovative methods of treatment, propaganda of healthy lifestyle and increasing of physical accessibility of surrounding for disabled persons are established.
