The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of biochemical modulation of apoptosis and proliferation in tumor cells by the agonist of opioid receptors. The methods of investigation were: determination of the level of DNA fragmentation, assessment of proliferative activity by MTT-test, the level of nitric oxide and sphingosine, energy supply, the dynamics of superoxide dismutase activity and morphological study.The nonselective agonist of opioid receptors dalargin and nonselective blocker of opioid receptors naloxone were used for apoptosis modulation in the experiment.
