Yarokhno Y. Fibrinogen metabolism and fibrinolysis system condition during bacterial mastitis of cows

Object of research: the contamination of mammary gland with micro flora, haemostasis condition during acute and chronic mastitis and during trearment of sick cows. The purpose of researches is devoted to the studying of the aetiologycal role of micro flora, pathogenetic meaning of Fibrinogen metabolism and fibrinolysis system condition in mastitis development, and to the application of treatment and preventive methods for cows' bacterial mastitis. Research methods: clinical, laboratorial, biochemical, haemostasiological, microbiological, statistical. Scientific novelty. For the first time in Ukraine were studied Fibrinogen metabolism and fibrinolysis system condition in the blood of cows with acute and chronic mastitis, and also during treatment in postpartum period with the way of intra-aortal and intra-mammal injections combination, and proved their therapeutic effectiveness in example with Mastilex and Cefalexin use. There were devoted an influence of external bio-factor (micro flora) and cows' aetology meaning for appearance and spreading mastitis among cows in condition of non-roped their husbandry in the different period of breading cycle. There were studied species' containing of micro flora associations and monocultures during mammary gland contamination and clinical characteristics of mastitis in the different period of breading cycles, depending on aetiologycal factors. There were conducted the comparable analysis of General Immunoproteins, Seromucoids and Sialic Acids contain in the blood serum from aorta and milk vein of healthy and sick cows. The scientific novelty of these developments is confirmed the patent of Ukraine on useful model "The treatment method of cows with bacterial mastitis" (The number of State registration is 37050). Degree of introduction: The materials of the researches are being used during studying of subject "Obstetrics, Gynecology and breading bio-techniques of farm animals" on the Veterinary medicine faculties of the National University of Bio-resources and Nature of Ukraine, Bila Tserkva, Sumy, Lugansk. On results of the researches were created "The methodical recommendations for diagnosis, treatment and prophylactic of high producing cows' mastitis in the modern milk producing system", which have been approved by the State Comity of Veterinary medicine of Ukraine (protocol №1, from the 20-th of December 2007).
