Dissertation is devoted to the studying the role of oxidative stress, processes of mobilization of iron and metabolic activation in realization of nephrotoxic effect of cisplatin, glycerol and brombenzol and establishment the pathogenetic ways for prophylactic of their nephrotoxicity by use of xenobiotic metabolizing enzyme inhibitors, antioxidants and iron chelating agent.
