The dissertation works out the revealing of the regularities in the changes of blood serum concentrations in some acute-phase proteins in healthy females and males of various ages and under influence of acute inflammation of appendix of different severity of the course.It has been established that blood serum concentrations of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP), ?1-antitripsin and haptoglobin at acute appendicitis increase considering the severity of inflammation irrespectively to the age and sex except ceruloplasmin content which declines insignificantly. .
