This dissertation work is devoted to a research in one of the directions of an actual medical and biologic problem - to find general features of alpha-1-acid glycoprotein distributions in leukocytic populations and changes in glycan structures of this protein in norm and at patological conditions connected with hemostasis infringements. Glycosilation levels and changes in N-glycan structures of alpha-1-acid glycoprotein are studied with the lectin-enzyme analysis developed in the laboratory at virus hepatitises, cirrosis, of chronic myeloid leukemia and cardiovascular patology wich can be useful in search of noninvasive markers of patological conditions.
