Object of research - process of formation of competitive experts for a regional labour market. The purpose of dissertational work - development of theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions of formation of system of vocational guidance of youth that promotes increase of its competitiveness on a regional labour market. Research methods: the dialectic logic, economical-mathematical methods and heuristics, namely: logic, abstraction, the system-structural analysis and synthesis, the comparative analysis, methods of modelling and the factorial analysis. Scientific novelty of dissertational work consists in a theoretical substantiation and working out scientifically-methodical approaches to formation of system of vocational guidance of the youth which realisation promotes increase of competitiveness of experts on a regional labour market. For the first time the system competitive orientation youth is proved. the system of vocational guidance of youth on a regional labour market by inclusion vocational counselling institutions is improved; an order of formation of the competitive expert for a regional labour market with use of information bases of system of vocational guidance of youth.
