Fisenko L. Labor Market Regulation or Industrial and Agricultural Region

The object of study: the process of labor market regulation of industrial and agricultural region. The purpose thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of labor market research and develop scientific and practical recommendations to regulate the labor market of industrial and agricultural region. Metody of research: the dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalizations, analyze, synthesize, abstract and logical analysis, a systematic approach, economic-mathematical methods and statistical analysis. Theoretical results: developed theoretical and methodological, organizational and methodological bases of labor market regulation of industrial and agricultural region with regard to its territorial and sectoral specificities. Prakticheskie results: lie in the fact that the basic provisions of the thesis are the scientific and methodological basis for regulatory decision-making employment in the region with industrial and agricultural characteristics of industrial activity. Scientific novelty: the first time: a mechanism of regulating the labor market of industrial-agrarian region through the minimization of risks; improved: the definition of 'labor market of industrial and agricultural region', scientific and methodological basis of quantitative analysis of the labor market, the proposed typology of distinctive features of labor markets; have been developed: the theoretical and methodological foundations of labor market research, namely, a scheme of segmentation of the labor market industrial-agrarian region. Introduction degree: results of a study implemented in practice: the Main Department of Agricultural Development of the Luhansk Regional Administration; of Lugansk Regional Employment Center, Plant 'AgroLugan', and in the learning process of Lugansk National Agrarian University of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
