Sinitsyn S. Motivation Effective Employment of Administrative Staff

Object of research: process and methods of motivation of effective labor activity of administrative shots. The purpose of dissertational work is working out of teoretiko-methodological and organizational-economic bases of increase of efficiency of work of administrative shots by improvement of motivational bases of their activity. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the analysis, synthesis, the is abstract-logic analysis, the system approach, economic-mathematical methods and methods of the statistical analysis, methods of indistinct mathematics. Theoretical results: consist in perfection of theoretical methodological and organizational-economic bases of maintenance of efficiency of work of administrative shots through use of modern methods of identification of a motivational basis of their activity. Practical results: consist in that theoretical methodological positions of the dissertation is a scientific substantiation of offers on improvement of system of motivation of effective labor activity of administrative shots. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the algorithm of diagnostics of a motivational basis of activity of administrative shots is developed; are improved: concept "motivation of work of the administrative personnel of the enterprise", "a motivational disposition"; the scheme of interaction of motives and stimulus of work, scientifically-methodical approaches to an estimation of productivity of motivational tools on the basis of comparison of their level of cost and efficiency is offered; the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of motivation of labor activity; had the further development: theoretical methodological bases of definition of productivity of work of the administrative personnel; directions of increase of efficiency of application of motivational tools of administrative shots. Introduction degree: Results of research are introduced in practical activities of the Zaporozhye Regional Council, the Zaporozhye Department of Water management, Committee on Training of Department of Science and Education of the Zaporozhye Regional State administration, the State enterprise "Melitopol factory "Gidromash"", Open Society "Melitopolgaz", Institute of Irrigated Gardening of a name of M.F.Sidorenko of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, and also in Educational process of the Odessa State Economic University.
