Dissertation is devoted to the questions of adaptation of liver and portal vein system to chloroform and united alcohol-chloroform intoxication. Dependence of activity of catalase of blood and in liver homogenate, general water and expositional dynamics of sorption in the liver, and also features of portal hemodynamic from the degree of defeat of liver, conditioned chloroform and united alcohol-chloroform intoxication. It is established that the large changes of morphofunctional indexes in a liver and portal blood stream take a place at the design of chloroform intoxication, while an alcohol is lowered by the hepatotoxic action of chloroform.
