The dissertation is devoted to the experimental substantiation of suitability of medioprophylactic composition “Phytoglunor” application for diabetes mellitus of various genesis.It is experimentally proved that composition "Phytoglunor" has antihyperglycemic, lipid lowering, antioxidative, membranestabilizive and hapatoprotective properties, it inhibits the "aftermeal" hyperglycemia progress, lowers insulinresistance and raises glucose tolerance. Mentioned pharmacodynamics provides pronounced antidiabetic properties of composition "Phytoglunor" (18 mg/kg) for disordered glucose tolerance treatment and in rats models of dexamethasone and alloxan diabetes.
