The thesis is devoted to study pharmacological activity of new "Tremulin" ointment with lipophile complex from bark aspen. We have established theoretical and experimental data antiinflammation, analgesic, antimicrobic, reparation activity of ointments. Optimal composition of "Tremulin-B2" has been established. "Tremulin-B2" ointment demonstrates highest inflammatory activity. This ointment suppressed aseptic inflammation by caragenin - 67%, in comparison, ointment "Vundehyl" - 30%. "Tremulin-B2" ointment hаs antimicrobic activity against of bacteria's S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, B. subtillis, E. coli and fungi's C. albicans. Analgesic activity of "Tremulin-B2" ointment is - 36,8% and higher than activity "Vundehyl" ointment - 30,5%, but it doesn't higher than gel "1% sodium diclofenac" - 42,9%. Reparation activity of "Tremulin-B2" ointment on the 7-th days was 56% for aseptic wounds and 44% for infected wounds, "Vundehyl" ointment doesn't have higher results. The application of "Tremulin-B2" ointment accelerates the process of wounds cuticularization of, reduces periods of convalescence in experimental animals from to 2-4 days. On the model of simple non-alergic contact dermatitis the ointment has shown therapeutic activity on the level of reference-preparation. "Tremulin-B2" ointment is "relatively non-hazardous", producing no toxic effects on organs or life systems of animals while studying chronic and specific toxicity.
