Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of assortment extending and optimization of cotton table clothes. The classification of consumption properties and factors of their forming and preserving for clothes set for enterprises of restaurant business. The main consumption properties of these clothes are researched in order to show possibilities of their quality upgrading. We offer new assortment of cotton clothes "Halfpanama" and it is introduced into the production of the open joint stock company "TO"Texterno". It was turned out that concerning basic indices of consumption clothes of new assortment predominate and are almost the same as traditional table clothes. The dependences of wear resistance of the researched and standard clothes upon the physical and chemical factors (disruption, rubbing, washing, sun raying) were revealed. The testing in the regime of the researched exploitation was conducted. The comparative characteristics of cotton table clothes of "Halfpanama" resistance and table clothes of flax were given to multi times washing, action of sun light, disruption, rubbing, factors of the researched exploitation. Their disposition to draping was researched. The mathematical models that describe change of wear resistance and of form resistance of table linen clothes under circumstances of wear factors. The economical effect was evaluated from introducing of table linen clothes of new assortment.
